Transparent cost-plus — actual material and labor cost plus 25%. You see what you're paying for, and there are no surprise change orders.

Yes. We regularly handle pre-listing repairs, buyer repair requests, and home sale punch lists with quick, organized turnaround and photo confirmation.
Do you handle smaller repairs and installations?+
Absolutely. We treat the small jobs with the same care as the large ones — fixtures, fans, grab bars, drywall patches, wood rot — and we're not too proud to do them.

Is your work warrantied?+
All labor is covered by a one-year warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures pass through to you.
